The Plug and Morgan Stanley review case studies of the Multicultural Innovation Lab’s top-performing Black tech founders and their companies.
Dear Readers—
For over four years, the Morgan Stanley Multicultural Innovation Lab has been serving and supporting high-growth founders of color through their accelerator designed to meet the needs of early-stage tech, and tech-enabled entrepreneurs.
We partnered with their team over the summer to share the stories of 10 distinctive Black founders who were able to leverage the program to create partnerships, sales opportunities, scale their business and much more.
To date, over 50 entrepreneurs have gone through the curriculum and have since gone on to raise more than $100 million in funding. Companies that are targeted to participate have founders, leadership and technical teams from underrepresented groups and have generally raised post‐seed to Series B funding rounds.
Stay tuned for upcoming applications and the opportunity to join their next cohort program when you sign up to receive updates from the Morgan Stanley Multicultural Innovation Lab.
Take a look at those interviews when you see their stories here.
In the work,
